Ingredients are sourced from well established farms in the South Island of New Zealand and handpicked fruits from the finest orchards of the North Island of New Zealand. All ingredients are personally selected to ensure that the highest quality is only used in our ice cream. Simply New Zealand Ice Cream is not only great tasting but unlike other ice cream, it has the added benefit of having no gluten and egg. This point of difference is beneficial especially for people with allergies related to food that contains these ingredients.
